I often found myself swamped with candidates, interview rounds, grading tests, booking interviews, numerous phone calls, etc. I always had a feeling that I am missing someone good or that I am wasting time on someone bad.

Customizable Screening Criteria

Luka set up a blend of general screening focus areas and specific interview questions within Screenify. He was also given the capability to tailor the evaluation standards to meet his requirements, ensuring a consistent and equitable assessment for every candidate.

We simply instructed Screenify to look for the most fundamental characteristics that we need including experience, energy, willingness to learn, desire to succeed but also coachability, good language skills and being culturally fit. Screenify could identify all of them and that saves me so much time! And what is even better for me is that I can dedicate more time to quality candidates rather than spending it on those that are not so good. Biggest advantage!
